Join us Saturday, April 5th from 1-3p for the opportunity to learn the basics of how we blend wine at Strey Cellars. Lead by our winemaker Scott Ballew, guests will dabble in the art and science of blending white wines. Sample our latest vintages of Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Viognier and Gewurztraminer as our winemaker walks you through their sights, aromas, and flavor profiles. Create your very own specific white wine blend to take home, the same way we create our beloved Inclined. Its an afternoon of fun, learning, and of course wine.
