Join us Friday Evening, January 9th from 5-7p for the opportunity to learn the basics of how we blend red wine at Strey Cellars. Lead by our winemaker Scott Ballew, guests will dabble in the art and science of blending red wines. Sample our latest vintages of Cabernet Sauvignon, Tannat, Syrah and Zinfandel as our winemaker walks you through their sights, aromas, and flavor profiles. It’s an evening of fun, learning, and of course wine.
